You can purchase reduced-fee tickets for shows at the Majestic Theatre, The Sylvee, The Orpheum Theatre, and High Noon Saloon in person at The Sylvee and Coliseum box offices during the below hours. A $2 per ticket fee may still apply for tickets purchased in person at The Sylvee box office. If tickets remain, they can also be purchased (credit card only) at the door of the High Noon Saloon on show nights starting at door time.

Digital and physical gift cards are available to purchase at www.ticketmaster.com/giftcards and are redeemable online for tickets for most shows at The Sylvee, Majestic Theatre, Orpheum Theater, High Noon Saloon, and Breese Stevens Field if tickets for the event are available on Ticketmaster.
If you purchased a physical FPC Live gift card prior to 10/31/2024, it will still be valid through 11/1/2029 and is redeemable in person at The Sylvee box office for most shows at The Sylvee, Majestic Theatre, Orpheum Theater, and High Noon Saloon.
We are moving towards strictly digital tickets along with a lot of the music industry.
Each digital ticket will have a scannable barcode that can also be added to your smartphone’s wallet in advance so you don’t have to worry about poor cell service. NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or print outs. A short video tutorial can be found here.
Presales that happen before the general onsale are available online only.
Generally, artists have a team that handles their VIP program and will send out the timeline of events 72 hours in advance of the show. If you have not received this information for a show that is less than 72 hours away, please check your purchase confirmation email for a customer service contact to get more info or email info@high-noon.com.
Artist guest lists are usually at the box office when doors open on the day of the show. To redeem your tickets, please present your valid Photo ID. To avoid any confusion, we recommend double checking with your contact the day before the show to eliminate any miscommunication the night of.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. Show times and support acts are subject to change without notice. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds are available at the point of purchase. For online purchases, refunds will be issued automatically to the card on which the tickets were purchased.
Our policy is children age 2 and under in arms do not need a ticket. Occasionally specific shows might have their individual policies which would supersede our venue policy. These instances would be indicated on the ticket link. We also strongly recommend a form of protective ear covers to protect your kiddo’s sensitive ears.
For shows with age restrictions (18+ or 21+), minors are only allowed if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Bags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible.
We are a cashless facility meaning that we are unable to accept cash as a form of payment.
- Our Box Office will only accept credit and debit.
- Our Bars will only accept credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Please note that artist merchandise sales are separate and may still accept cash.
Yes! There is a ramp to get up to our patio and venue entrance. Once inside, the main floor is accessible for wheelchairs and other mobility devices. If you need special assistance or other accommodations, please contact our Venue Manager or reach out to us at info@high-noon.com.
Water bottles are not permitted. We provide free water at all of our events with dispensers and cups located throughout the venue.
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
- No replica weapons.
- No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind.
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.
- No umbrellas.
- No backpacks or large bags over 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
This list of prohibited items is not inclusive and subject to change at the discretion of venue management and security.
Patrons are allowed to bring in a small personal camera. Professional cameras, or anything with a detachable lens is not allowed without a photo pass from the artist or venue. Please note that permission to take photos is at the discretion of the artist.
Smoking / vaping is not permitted in the venue and will be cause for ejection without refund.
High Noon Saloon is located at 701 E. Washington Ave a few blocks east of the Capitol Square in downtown Madison, WI. The venue’s entrance and parking lot are both located behind the building, off of South Blount Street.
Our building has a shared parking lot off of South Blount Street with limited spaces available on a first come-first served basis. The City of Madison’s South Livingston Street Garage is located a block east of the High Noon Saloon at the corner of Livingston and Main Streets. Out of consideration for our residential neighbors, parking on neighborhood streets north of East Washington Avenue is strongly discouraged. Free on-street parking is available in non-residential areas near the High Noon Saloon.

Almost all of our shows are general admission. There is seating in our balcony and occasionally some tables on our main floor which are all available on a first come-first served basis.
If you left an item at the High Noon Saloon please fill out our Lost & Found form and our venue staff will contact you if your item is found. Items will be kept for 30 days after the event and then donated to local charity.
No, there is not a coat check.
Yes, poster tubes are allowed.
A majority of our shows are 18+, although occasionally a show is open to all ages or restricted to 21+. Minors are welcome to attend any of our shows, no matter the age limit, when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Please check our calendar for age restrictions on specific shows and events.
No, we do not have an ATM at our venue.
We do not serve food, but we share a patio with The Brass Ring next door which serves food. There are also several restaurants close by on East Washington Avenue and Williamson Street.
You are able to use our patio and re-enter the building from there. Just make sure you have a wristband before you leave.
High Noon Saloon is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Security will be present throughout the entire event. The security staff will be available to assist you with any of your needs including any medical requests.
